The following scripts should be used to fill out your A2P registration - make sure the placeholders in ORANGE contain REAL information

Important: If your registered business name is uniquely DIFFERENT from the front-facing name, then put your REGISTERED business entity to avoid failing A2P Campaign Registration.

(IE: your company is registered under 'J Smith & Co.' but your business is 'John Smith's Pest Control - use 'J Smith & Co.' for YOURCOMPANYNAME below)

Use Case Description:

Our phone number will be utilized for automated text message communication to facilitate efficient and timely interaction with job applicants. Specifically, this system will serve three primary purposes:

Appointment Notifications:

To send text reminders to applicants about their upcoming interview or meeting appointments, ensuring they are informed and can make necessary preparations.

Interview Scheduling Prompts:

Once an applicant has expressed interest in a position with our company, we aim to remind them to schedule their interview. This ensures timely progression through the hiring process and minimizes delays.

Job Availability Updates:

For applicants who remain interested in joining our organization but may not have secured a role during their initial application, we will provide periodic updates on job openings or roles that align with their skillset and interest.

All outbound communications from our platform will include an option for recipients to easily opt out of future messages, underscoring our commitment to respect their privacy and communication preferences. We pledge to use this A2P service responsibly, adhering strictly to best practices and regulations.

How do Applicant/Applicants consent to receive messages:

End users can opt in by submitting an application with us (as with https://APPLICATIONpageurlgoeshere ) and will see the following checkbox before clicking the "Submit" button on the last page of the application (a sample image of the consent can be viewed here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HM68jqtsN-JZ4AsSdnSAzbFUm7qxYEA_/view?usp=sharing ): 

"I Consent to Receive SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication from YOURCOMPANYNAME. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP to TWILIO NUMBER for assistance. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time."

Also, end users can opt in by replying START or SUBSCRIBE to begin receiving SMS
